The view on mount Batur is amazing, we took the motorbike and then trekked a bit to the peak (they have professional mountain bikes which are very fun to ride). Winaya, our guide, is super nice and experienced, he knows a lot of fun ways to explore the volcano (also a good photographer too!). Definitely worth the booking!
